Rosco P. Coal Train’s Community Outreach is a foster-based rescue, meaning that all of our available pets are housed in foster homes. We are always in need of more foster homes! Contact us if you are interested in fostering an animal.
Our foster homes take care of the animal until the cat or dog is either adopted or sent to a rescue in a different state.
